Co-founders of BlackBerry can buy the company

One of the founders of BlackBerry Mike Lazaridis (Mike Lazaridis) has increased its stake to about 8% by buying shares of the other shareholders. However, he does not plan to stop there, and will continue to buy shares of the company he once founded. Intends to follow his example and the other founder Douglas Fregin (Douglas Fregin), who has spearheaded the Research in Motion in 1985. Recall that Mike Lazaridis left the company in March of this year, and from the position of Executive Director, he has gone before - at the beginning of 2012. According to reports, Lazaridis and Fregin intend to buy shares irrespective of their existing assets and without restriction on the proportion of total which they will eventually be. However, they intend to purchase shares, both personally and through interested investors. Among others who wish to purchase shares of the fund were awarded Fairfax Financial Holding is a shareholder, and the company's Intel and Google. However, even the redemption of shares can not save BlackBerry from collapse. Variant in which the company will be sold off in parts is still very likely.
