Android 4.3 is growing faster than Android 4.2

Google has renewed statistical data on the use of different versions of the operating system Android. By the end of September, the situation has remained fairly typical. Jelly Bean version is gradually taking more and more market share, while all versions before 4.1 also slowly lose popularity. It is reported that the oldest versions to version 2.1 still account for about 1% of all devices, but because of the lack of support for a new application to access the app store Google Play, they had to be excluded from the ranking. Android Froyo version of the oldest and included such devices are, according to Google, 2,2% of total. Compared with August, slightly decreased share of devices running Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but those still about 28.5%, which makes it the second most popular among all. Third place in the ranking of the prevalence occupy version Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.h. They accounted for 20.6%, and it is gradually reduced, primarily due to the Device Update to version Jelly Bean. The newest version of those present in the market has the highest prevalence. Inside, it is divided into 4.1.h - occupying 36.5%, 4.2.h - with 10.6% and latest 4.3 while the share of which has only 1.5% of all units. However, its implementation is much faster than 4.2.
