MTS and "System of Care" will provide around the clock support for pensioners in Moscow
The operator MTS said that before the end of 2013, will provide more than two thousand pensioners and disabled people in Moscow smartphones preloaded with MTS SIM-cards for access to the center of "The System Care", which provides around the clock social and medical assistance. The project is implemented by order of the Department of Social Protection of the City of Moscow, in collaboration with the creator of "Systems of Care" LLC "Lege." The draft MTS will provide access to the control center of the system, with which you can call an ambulance and emergency services professionals, to inform relatives, to consult on the admission of prescribed medicines, new details about the work of medical institutions to obtain information on the provision of social benefits, solve problems with utilities and social services to arrange care and home help, receive psychological support. MTS also launched a federal 8-800 number in the format by which you can contact the call center "Systems Care" from any point of Russia and leave a request for the necessary assistance. In addition, the project with the help of service "MTS Communicator" provides information to users of the service via SMS on the action taken as a result of treatment in the center. Specialized software "Systems Care" monitors and transmits information about the location of the ward person in the call center via cellular operator MTS.
