  2. Download Odin 3.07 and after downlad odin extract the Odin zip to get Odin3 v3.07.exe file with some other files     
  3. Turn your Galaxy Note off and make sure to wait 5-6 seconds to confirm complete shut down of Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 .
  4. Place your Galaxy Note N7000 into Download Mode to do that do the following: press and hold the Volume Down, Home and the Power button, until the screen shows the Samsung Logo. After a few seconds, your Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 will then enter the download mode.
  5. Run Odin3 exe as an Administrator on your computer.
  6. After Place your Galaxy Note N7000 into Download Mode Connect your Note N7000 with your PC using a data cable. wait till your device connected, when the device is successfully connected, you will see a notification in Odin in the bottom left saying Added 
  7. Note: If the Added message does not come then try another US port, try the one located at the back side of the computer. If Odin still fails to detect the device then re-install USB driver   
  8. Now go to odin select the following files in Odin at their respective tabs from extracted XXLT6 firmware folder:
  • Click the PDA button to select the .tar file extracted earlier.
  • Click the Phone button, and select file with *modem* in its name (ignore, if this file does not file exist).
  • Next, click the CSC button, and select file with *csc* in its name (ignore, if this file does not file exist).
  • Click the PIT button to select the .pit file. (ignore, if this file does not file exist).
9. Ensure that Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time are the only options selected in Odin window. Also ensure to select Re-Partition checkbox only if you are using a .pit file.
10. Double check everything and then hit the START button to begin the flashing process. Once the flashing process is completed successfully, your Note will automatically reboot and you will see a PASS notification in the top-left-most box.

You can now disconnect your device from the computer. Samsung Galaxy Note running on Android 4.1.2 XXLT6 Jelly Bean official firmware should be now updated successfully.
